from the surrounding vegetation.
The resort offers multiple recreational opportunities: swimming pool, tennis club,
riding stables and golf course (paid services).
The beaches and the waterfront are easily accessible on foot through the dedicated gates or
with the Prontobus della Pineta service; the distance from the sea is about 2 km.
The space (description of the house)
Casa BIANCA has a garden and driveway with parking space inside the gate, equipped with
charging column for electric cars.
Upstairs, the entrance opens onto a bright living room with an aesthetic fireplace;
the kitchenette is complete with a dishwasher, induction plate and microwave.
A bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower complete the floor,
as well as a pleasant terrace accessible from the kitchen.
The internal staircase leads to the lower floor with a sleeping area with a double bedroom,
walk-in closet and bathroom with bathtub and washer-dryer.
The ideal solution for those who love to spend their vacation in complete privacy without giving up
to outdoor life.
Amenities include mosquito nets, fans, TV, WI FI, bed and bath linen.
This house can therefore comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for families and groups of friends.
Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed inside and organizing parties.
