Renovated and fully equipped semi-detached duplex with a private terrace and shared pool, located in the residential area of Meloneras Hills, near the Meloneras Beach and the Golf Course, with all amenities available for a perfect holiday in southern Gran Canaria.
The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a smart TV, a toilet, and a private terrace with an outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. The first floor consists of the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a second bathroom with shower.
Guests have access to a large shared swimming pool within the complex. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout the house. Meloneras Beach is a 5-minute walk away. The highway is 500 meters away, and the airport is 30 minutes away.
