In this very cozy spa holiday home of 91 m², with an exceptionally attractive location—just a stone’s throw or two from the center of Marielyst—you have everything within easy reach, from shopping and restaurants to experiences, and it is only 750 meters from one of Denmark’s best and most child-friendly beaches. The holiday home is bright and modernly furnished with an open kitchen equipped with a coffee machine, induction stove, separate oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. The living room features a TV with Chromecast and internet, as well as an air-to-air heat pump, and on colder days, you can use the wood-burning stove, which provides pleasant warmth and a cozy atmosphere. The house has three bedrooms, two of which have double beds, and the third has bunk beds. One loft area has a single bed, while the other loft is a cozy space for children and the young at heart. The loft also includes a game console, bean bags, and various board games. In the house’s large bathroom, which has comfortable underfloor heating, there is a sink, toilet, shower, washing machine, and dryer, as well as a lovely two-person spa, perfect for relaxing after a long day. This gem is located on a 700 m² plot, offering plenty of space for play and activities. You certainly won’t get bored here. The garden includes a swing set, playhouse, hammock, and football goal, and you can also enjoy the fire pit or relax in the garden pavilion if it rains. On warm summer days, you can sit on the terrace, which is equipped with a gas grill, garden furniture, and sun loungers. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
