Villa Nausika is a two-story residence of 189 sq.m., designed to deliver a seamless blend of modern luxury and Cretan charm. Inside, the villa features four spacious bedrooms with minimalist decor, including three king-size beds (1.8m x 2m) and two single beds (0.9m x 2m), ideal for restful nights. Each room is bright, airy, and equipped with blackout curtains for a truly refreshing siesta. The villa includes four bathrooms, one WC, and a fully air-conditioned interior for maximum comfort.

The open-plan living area combines wooden ceilings, stone walls, and modern furnishings, creating an inviting and stylish space. A fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need, from a dishwasher and microwave to a coffee maker and blender, ensuring a home-away-from-home experience.

Outside, the villa's 130 sq.m. terrace offers breathtaking views of the western Cretan sea and the renowned Falassarna beach. The private 40 sq.m. pool with a jacuzzi is the centerpiece, surrounded by sun loungers for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy outdoor dining at the 8-seat table or unwind on the cozy lounge set next to the pool. A gas BBQ area invites you to savor delicious meals while basking in the serene atmosphere.

Whether you seek tranquility or vibrant sunsets, Villa Nausika provides a luxurious retreat where you can embrace the summer at your own pace.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole villa and all outdoor spaces.

The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.

The property can host 10 people if needed at the extra cost of €35 per person per night after the 8th guest.
