CELESTINE, beach front villa with roof top pool and spectacular views.

Unique villa on the sea, rooftop pool, panoramic views, walking distance to "everything". Best location at the end of the promenade, in the village of Kolymbari, west of Chania. Only 10 meters from the beach.

The space:
Beautiful villa over two floors plus roof terrace with lovely infinity pool that can be heated. Amazing panoramic views, to the sea (great sunset), the Rodopou peninsula, towards Chania, and over the village.

Includes 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with dining area and open kitchen. Lovely terrace beyond the the living room and kitchen. Built to high standards, and very comfortably furnished. Lots of thoughts given to details, especially the beds.

Some photos show new furniture as well as the new beach just below the villa. Other images were taken before the wave-breakers and the beach were made.

Bedroom 1: Jensen double bed 160x200. Ensuite bathroom with corner bath. Access to the garden.
Bedroom 2: double bed 180 × 200 which can be divided into 2 single beds. Access to the garden.
Bedroom 3: double bed 180x200 which can be separated into 2 single beds. Access to the garden.
Bathroom with shower for bedrooms 2 and 3.
First floor: Jensen double bed 180x200, a private bathroom with shower. Private balcony.

Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll und grosszügig eingerichtet! Die Zimmer sind hell und sauber. Auch die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und hat genügend Geschirr, grosser Kühl-und Tiefkühlschrank, Elektrogrill,...Der Pool auf dem Dach ist perfekt, ebenso die tolle Aussicht! Die Lage der Villa ist super! Das Meer und die Restaurants sind in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Der Supermarkt, Souvenierläden, ect. sind in wenigen Minuten gut zu Fuss erreichbar.Die Schlüsselübergabe (Abgabe) hat bestens, reibungslos und unkompliziert geklappt. Christina (Hausbetreuerin vor Ort) ist sehr sympathisch, freundlich und hilfsbereit!Wir hatten tolle und erholsame Ferien in der wunderschönen Villa und gerne werden wir wieder einmal kommen!Wir können die Villa sehr weiterempfehlen!

The best booking we have ever made!

CELESTINE beach villa exceeded our expectations, even the gorgeous photos of the property do not do it full justice. The hosts and staff were fantastic responding to our requests, bookings and changes in plans. We booked one massage and in-residence chef services for one fabulous dinner called the Hellenic Surprise, with authentically cooked Cretan dishes. The villa was impecably clean. The location could not have been better, the back of the villa with the ocean, beach and restaurants, and the front of the villa facing the little village, and within walking distance of all amenities. The villa is large and offers various areas to sit in the sun or the shade and to find a quiet corner to read. The welcome basket was appreciated, and the host arranged to purchase our list of desired food to be at the residence upon arrival. Many, many thanks to Alexandra and her wonderful staff. Excellent Family Vacation Location

The villa was beautiful, clean and in a great location. Christina, the property manager, was a lifesaver! Our grand-baby needed to go to the doctor and she was instrumental in helping us locate one. She was always quick to respond to any questions or needs. The property is located on the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. I highly recommend Celestine!

Wonderful house in friendly Kolymvari

Wonderful house for the 4 of us. The location was great. Kolymvari is a quiet fishing village with plenty of friendly restaurants on the waterfront, all serving fresh local foods. We loved the house, the pool, the quiet resting areas, and our access to visiting local sites in western Crete, such as Chania, Balos beach, Falarsana beach and Paleochora in the south. We followed Alexandra’s advice and rented a car for the week which made these many areas accessible. We also took a private tour of pretty Chania to orient ourselves early in the week.

Amazing visit!!

The property is outstanding! Clean, modern, and comfortable. The property manager Christina was so nice and helpful. She also has a great shop with locally crafts, goods, and her own handmade jewelry. The owner Alexandra was also super helpful with recommendations and activities. The views are incredible and beach is wonderful. The area has everything you need within walking distance shops, grocery, boat rentals, and restaurants. We would love to come back on next trip to Crete!!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach nur super. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und auch Vorort wurde immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Vielen Dank das wir das Haus Celestine buchen durften. Die Beschreibung ist sehr zutreffend und es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Wonderful Villa and great village near many tavernas

This was a beautiful villa in an amazing location with many tavernas nearby. We were very lucky to have an amazing house manager next door at the adorable souvenir shop. The layout is great for multigenerational families and we truly felt like locals in this adorable quaint village. The house has many luxury feels with a great kitchen and grill to cook your own meals if you'd like. The owner and house manager will treat you like family. I highly recommend and will gladly come back again!

Would definitely go again. Very clean and comfortable. Pool was a joy. Christina, George and Antonia where so welcoming and helpful it made the holiday very enjoyable and relaxed. Rang Christina as we left the airport and all went like clockwork. Village area, supermarkets and restaurants were very welcoming and food was great. Beach was a bit pebbly but managed to swim in the sea most days and found a relaxing cove 5 mins walk up the road. Just past the monastery. Ran out of time to play mini golf but had a nice day visiting Chania and another visiting the botanical gardens. A couple of us went to sumara gourge and took in the views, will save the walk for another day.

Lovely villa and Location

We had a lovely holiday at Villa Celestine. The villa was very clean and tidy with a brilliant pool with fantastic views of the beach and sea. Christina and Alexandra were always there when we needed information or help with anything. The location was near the beach and close to many restaurants with good food and friendly staff. The only thing that was missing was mirrors in the bedrooms and maybe it would be safer to have a hand rail on the staircases. We would recommend at stay at this villa.

Great experience

The property location is amazing. Just a few meters from great restaurants and the beach. The house was very clean with all amenities for comfort. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and lounge area the most.

Very chill holiday

From the first contact I always got quick and help communication from Alexandra. Christina let us into the villa and was also helpful. The villa is lovely and a lot of thought has gone into its construction to be eco friendly. The kitchen is a little small for a large group but with great meals and service at the restaurants close cooking is not super necessary. The village is small and quiet, just what we wanted. Our trip was in April and it was not at all busy and still a bit chilly and windy. The pool didn't stay very warm because of the wind but we still used it. I will certainly visit Crete again and would recommend Villa Celestine

Beautifull villa

The villa is beautifull and corresponding to the photos. We had a very nice time there, but we felt it was a bit overpriced. Below a list of what we loved: - the swimming pool area and the view. Just have in mind that that the pool is a bit small and shallow for an adult to swim, it is perfect for kids swimming and adults relaxing. - the bluetooth speaker that we could use also at the roof top :-) - the WiFi works everywhere in the house - plenty of cooking equiment and pots to cook - comfortable beds and pillows - very comfortable sitting areas in the interior living room, as well as the balcony and the roof top - beautifull decoration elements - nice beach right outside the villa with options for coffe and restaurants, as well as Supermarket nearby (car needed) Below some things that we believe need improvement: - need a bigger garbage bin or another solution to take care of the garbage. The bin was too small and the closer disposal was 300m away from the house. - at this price, we would like to have more frequent cleaning. - when we arrived there was no hot water, this was fixed few hours after. - there were only 9 forks available, would be nice to have few more for this size of villa. - the A/C was a not easy to control, but at the end this was not a big issue for us, it may be a problem during very hot days. Overall we had a great time, thank you!

Une maison de rêve!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour! La maison est top, super propre, très bien aménagée avec tout le confort et le roof top avec la piscine est un vrai bonheur. Le village est très tranquille mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut et notamment plein de tavernes sympas au bord de l’eau. L’accueil et la disponibilité d’Alexandra sont très précieux; elle est disponible dès que vous en avez besoin. Nous avons testé les massages dans la villa; ils étaient formidables. Bref un séjour inoubliable

Perfection! Everything you need to relax and enjoy the wonders of Crete..

Luxurious, well appointed, beautifully designed and decorated, in a quaint setting surrounded by water, mountains, and restaurants. I can’t think of a single complaint, the property has it all, every amenity you could ask for, and Christina is there to help with anything you need. We could have spent our entire time just lounging on the rooftop in the cabana listening to the waves, there is no better spot anywhere nearby as far as we could tell! Everything was as described or better, and from beginning to end the process was easy and we just cannot wait to come back! If you are looking to get away and visit this amazing island, definitely take a look at this villa, you will love it! Leave some dates open for us though!! Thank you for such a memorable trip!

Amazing Everything

The location of this villa is outstanding, right on the sea front with an amazing roof top infinity pool that makes the most of the open sea view behind it. Everyone involved in this villa thought about every little detail to make guests holidays the best they can be. It's the little details that can make all the difference and they had everything covered. The pool was heated to 25c, there was wifi on every floor, a smart tv, plenty of towels, regular maid cleaning, a welcome basket, a portable Bluetooth speaker to take anywhere in the villa, 2 bikes to ride around the island, electric shutters on every window for security and light blocking, a safe, plenty of hot water for everyone to have a shower and more and more. There was about 30 drawers under the TV, that contained anything extra you might need. Alexandra met us on the first day to check we were settled in OK and helped us with her knowledge of the area. Amazing hosts and villa, thank you for our fantastic holiday. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Beautiful villa in a wonderful and tranquil Greek village. Alexandra was absolutely amazing. Always very available for anything as well as Christina who own the shop next door. Rooms were all equally large and the villa very luminous. Beautiful pool!

Hier stimmt einfach alles. Vom Erstkontakt, dem Check Inn, der Betreuung vor Ort und natürlich dem Haus war alles spitze. Wir hatten eine Megazeit vor Ort und können die Unterkunft bedingungslos weiterempfehlen. Besonders toll ist natürlich die Dachterrasse mit dem Pool. Aber auch alle anderen Räumlichkeiten sind wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Ausstattung ist auch spitze und es fehlt an nichts.

Great location and very comfortable. It's such a delight to have an unobstructed sea view and be able to walk out on the patio and take in the fresh air. Kolympari is a small fishing village that has some of the best seafood restaurants we found in Crete. The drive to Chania is about 20 minutes. Renting a car is a must. The house is fully equipped with everything you'd need for a long-term stay. Alexandra is a great host too - responsive and friendly. Our month passed by in a flash.

Christina, the manager, and George and their mother did everything to comfort us. Sunrise and sunset are best! I really recommend that you rent this house. Welcome to Paradise! We were speechless when Christina showed us the villa. Everything you can dream of, and beyond. Don't believe the pictures, in reality, the house is much more impressive. What makes the villa totally perfect, beside the facilities and the location is the staff who runs the property. Christina that owns the most beautiful souvenir shop across the street and manages the villa on site, she was such a great help during our stay. Antonia, Christina's mother, officially, she is doing the cleaning, but don't dare to miss her cooking! The best traditional Greek food that we eat during our 4 visits to Greece! Last but not least - Alexandra, who manages the property (among many others), full of such positive energies, Alexandra is responsible that all our dreams turn to reality! Thank you all SO much and see you next year!

One of the best houses we stayed! Alexandra took very well care of us, and the pictures were accurate. Christina and her mom, who oversaw everything, were a gem! Crete is stunning, the people are amazing, and the island exuberates pure beauty and kindness! We will return!!

Une maison de rêve! Nous avons adoré notre séjour! La maison est top, super propre, très bien aménagée avec tout le confort et le roof top avec la piscine est un vrai bonheur.Le village est très tranquille mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut et notamment plein de tavernes sympas au bord de l’eau. L’accueil et la disponibilité d’Alexandra sont très précieux; elle est disponible dès que vous en avez besoin. Nous avons testé les massages dans la villa; ils étaient formidables. Bref un séjour inoubliable.
