This was a great property. Our family enjoyed the place. It is so well equipped and is extremely convenient to the ski resort. We loved the hot tub. Great property for a Winter Park vacation.

Fabulous Time!

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette trip and had plenty of room (with 6 adults) with stunning views! Very close to the cute downtown and not too far from trails and horseback riding stables!

Fabulous Family Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed the use of this property. The kitchen was great to work in. There was plenty of space for six adults and four children and an infant to spread out or gather together. The views are amazing and it was very quiet. Many activities nearby.

Amazing Lakota Home

Can't say enough about Lakota Northwoods. It's such a difference compared to staying in town or even at the base. The views are incredible, a true mountain getaway feeling. It's so quiet, and the stars at night are amazing! We also walked down the Fraser River Trail. Moving forward, Lakota will always be our choice as a place to stay when visiting Winter Park.

Lovely house

Everything was as described. The hot tub was amazing, and the kitchen was excellent. There were plenty of beds, and the mattresses were comfortable. A bit of a hike up the hill from the bus stop at the end of the day, but was easier once we left the skis and boots in a locker at the resort. Would stay here again.

Perfect location and plenty of space!

Perfect location. Beautiful view. 4 minute drive to the ski resort. We were given an early check-in which helped so much with our schedule! Plenty of space for our party of 8. Could have even fit a few more. Would recommend this property!

Cozy and comfortable

Our family had a great experience at this property. Far enough from the slopes to be nice and quiet, but close enough that it was not a hassle to get to the slopes. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed. There was a high chair and a pack n' play for our infant. Kids loved the jacuzzi. Would stay here again.

Really nice!

Great condo. Our group included 2 families with 4 teenage boys. We ended up driving to Mary Jane or Winter Park base to ski everyday because the hike from the bus stop to the condo was a bit much in ski gear.

Wonderful stay - highly recommend

Fall in winter park is beautiful. The aspens began to turn yellow this week and it was so nice to sit on the balcony to see the color. The house is amazing- perfect space for a group although we only used a small section of the house. Hot tub incredible. View spectacular. Winter park lodging were so great to work with. They were able to offer an earlier check in and later check out. Loved the flexibility and willingness to consider. Highly recommend staying with this group and this townhome.

We had a marvelous experience at Lakota Northwoods 305 last week. The sleeping accommodations were well laid out and the mattresses throughout the home were extremely comfortable. The home decor fit well with the Colorado mountain landscape. The scenic views were absolutely breathtaking, with a direct view of the Alpine Slide. The Winter Park Lodging team was friendly and accessible.

Exemplary Winter Park Rental

We enjoyed this rental for our August stay in Winter Park. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with attention to details. Details like sharp knives, a vase for fresh flowers purchased at farmers market etc. there's plenty of cleaning supplies to keep things tidy during our stay. I'll also share that basic spices and seasonings are such a nice touch for cooking simple meals and thankful that these aren't just thrown out after each rental. Now the best part, the view and sunsets from the back deck. The pictures in the listing don't do the views any justice, we were amazed upon check-in how awesome the views were. Last, I'll add that this house was immaculately cleaned and prepared for our visit. There really wasn't a single complaint we could come up with. We're hoping to rebook this property during ski season, very close to the slopes!!
