The house features an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space, a ground-floor bedroom and shower room, and three bedrooms upstairs, including the master suite. Outside is a 9m x 4.5m infinity pool, table tennis and table football. The village is a 15 minute walk, Cecina 15 mins by car, and beaches 20 mins away.

A second double bedroom also enjoys beautiful views across the valley towards the sea while the third bedroom with twin beds is perfect for children or friends. The second and third bedrooms share a modern bathroom with shower.

Outside, the house truly comes into its own. A place to find a shaded spot beneath the trees or enjoy the 9m x 4.5m infinity pool, perfect for cooling off on warm Tuscan days. For added entertainment, the house also offers table tennis and table football.

The charming local village is just a 15 minute walk, where you’ll find restaurants, cafés, and village shops. The lively town of Cecina is a 15 minute drive, while the beach is only 20 minutes away, offering easy access to the Tuscan coast.
The house is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano, and Lucca are all within a 2 hour drive or alternatively take a boat trip over to the glistening waters of Elba. It's also possibile to enjoy shorter excursions to nearby gems such as Casale Marittimo and Bolgheri.
