The apartment is on the third floor of a building in the heart of Lisbon, without an elevator. It is located in an old residential area but within walking distance of restaurants and public transportation to explore the city.

Note:
- Access to the street is strictly pedestrian.
- Ongoing maintenance work on the building's roof; no timeline for completion.

￫ Bedroom
The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm), dresser, and hanger stand. The bedroom does not have windows to the exterior but is well-lit through windows to the living room.

￫ Living Room
A comfortable and bright living room with a sofa, TV, and air conditioning, opening onto a small balcony.

￫ Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, stove, combined microwave with grill and convection, espresso coffee machine (coffee not included), and washing machine.

￫ Bathroom
The apartment has a complete bathroom with a shower.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

The Rossio and Martim Moniz squares are just a 5-minute walk away—Rossio is a historic square with easy access to public transportation, while Martim Moniz is renowned for its multicultural and vibrant atmosphere. Enjoy the architecture and history of typical Lisbon buildings, which contribute to the local charm, as well as the small shops, cafes, and restaurants that bring life to the streets.

- Metro
The Rossio and Martim Moniz metro stations are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

- Train
The Rossio train station, only a 7-minute walk away, is a crucial transportation hub from which you can explore other areas of the city and neighboring towns such as Sintra and Cascais.

- Tram
With stops at Martim Moniz and Praça da Figueira (a 7-minute walk), this historic and typical Lisbon mode of transportation is an excellent choice for exploring the old and historical neighborhoods of the capital.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For longer stays, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
