Other things to note
Garbage Days are Tuesday, Thursday & Saturdays. The garbage must be moved from the side of the house to the front left Garbage receptacles for pick up.

Pool Service is on Mondays & Fridays the team will knock before entering the pool area. Service takes from 15-20 minutes.

Each stay is allotted 30us per day in energy cost anything over that will be at an additional cost to the guest. Please be mindful of energy use, keeping doors closed when AC are on & turning AC off when not in the Villa or in use.

The Washer & Dryer are available for stays of 7 days or more or guest traveling with small children. Let us know if you are traveling with small children on a shorter stay.
