Ideal for families or friends, it offers ensuite bedrooms, indoor and outdoor dining, bright living space, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, Smart TVs, and an in-unit laundry — resort-style comfort with the privacy of home.
Enjoy a prime location a short walk from the marina, restaurants and shops, and a quick drive from Juanillo and Api Beach.
THE SPACE
From the moment you step inside, you’ll feel how spacious and well-designed this apartment is. The layout offers the perfect balance between privacy and comfortable shared areas. The bedrooms are on both sides of the entrance, while the heart of the home opens into a bright, inviting living and dining zone.
LIVING & DINING AREA
The open living space is ideal for relaxing together after a day at the beach. It features a comfortable sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, a Smart TV, and a ceiling fan. The dining area comfortably seats six — perfect for leisurely breakfasts, family dinners, or cozy evenings at home. Large sliding doors lead directly to the terrace, filling the room with natural light.
KITCHEN
The separate, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for more extended stays and home cooking. It includes everything you need for daily meal preparation — a full cookware set, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, and all essential kitchen utensils.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
All three bedrooms feature private ensuite bathrooms, plus there is an additional guest restroom for extra convenience. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, a ceiling fan, storage space, and hotel-style comfort.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a luxurious private bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. It also offers direct access to the terrace — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
The second bedroom includes two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends. It has a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, a TV, and a window overlooking the garden.
The third bedroom offers a king-size bed, a desk and chair for light work, and a cozy, quiet atmosphere with a window facing the inner side of the residence — perfect for restful sleep. It also has a private bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

The highlight of this home is the large private terrace, which feels like your own outdoor living room:

PLEASE NOTE: This apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests. Six guests can sleep comfortably in the three bedrooms, while two additional guests can be accommodated in the living area — either on the existing non–sofa-bed couch or on an air mattress that we can provide upon request.

Taxis and transfers:
To and from Punta Cana Airport, it’s most convenient to take a taxi or a pre-booked private transfer – the ride usually takes 10–15 minutes.
Taxis and private transfers are also easy to arrange for trips to shopping areas like Punta Cana Village and Blue Mall, as well as for excursions around the region.
Car rental:
If you plan to explore the island more actively, you can rent a car. The roads to Cap Cana are modern and well-marked, and entry to the community is through a secure main gate with security.
