Villa Nox is the perfect choice for families with young children as the swimming pool is completely fenced and gated. The villa is spacious and comfortably equipped and the gardens are totally walled offering privacy and security.
Please note, for reservations from people aged 18 to 24 years, a 200 Euro security deposit each person will be payable in cash at check in. This would be refunded after an inspection and cleaning of the villa, providing everything was OK, up until 10 days after check out via bank transfer.
Located in a residential area, all the amenities of Albufeira are close by and easily accessible.
Internally, on the ground floor the villa comprises of a large living area with sofas, chairs, air conditioning, TV and dining table with 8 chairs. There is a feature fireplace in the living area. Doors open out onto the terrace and gardens.
The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric oven, electric hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machines (both filter and capsule) and all items such as crockery, pans and implements needed to self-cater. There is a separate pantry area with the iron, ironing board and storage space. The back door accesses the garden area and drying rack for hanging out clothes to dry.
Just off the hallway is a cloakroom with toilet and sink.
There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning and sliding doors accessing the exterior.
On the first floor, bedroom 2 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and a private terrace.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom is ideal for the younger children as there is no terrace, just windows.
There is a large bathroom with double basins, toilet, bathtub with shower over and a separate shower cubicle.
The master bedroom has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and a large private terrace. It also has an en-suite shower room with walk in shower, double basins and toilet.
Externally there is a large dining table with 8 chairs on the terrace and two portable BBQ’s are available for outdoor grilling.
There is parking space for 2 – 3 cars.
The villa has wi-fi, double glazed windows with shutters and mosquito nets, air conditioning in all bedrooms and living/dining area and smoke detectors / fire extinguishers.
All reservations include a full clean upon departure.
If your reservation is for 12 nights or more, then a change of bed sheets and towels mid-stay is also included.
If you wish you can book a towel change mid-stay with small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 30 Euros per request.
This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.
