Perched on Morzine’s sought-after sunny slope, our Alpine home rises gracefully above the village — easy to spot from the town center, yet blissfully tucked away in its own peaceful haven. As you look up from the cafés, shops, or the vibrant town square, you can see where the mountainside meets the sunlight… and that’s exactly where our retreat rests. And when your eyes wander even farther across the valley, the dramatic cliffs of Avoriaz appear in the distance — a striking reminder of the vast Alpine playground waiting just above Morzine.


The living room is bathed in generous sunlight, filling the space with warmth and brightness. Through the windows, the mountains unfold just outside – a breathtaking backdrop that makes every moment here feel calm, uplifting, and deeply connected to the beauty of the Alps.


A welcoming living room designed for cozy moments together – gather around the dining table for shared meals, enjoy the warmth of the fireplace (soon to be replaced by a charming stove), or relax in front of the TV from the comfortable sofa bed. A space created for both togetherness and relaxation.


Wake up in the bedroom to a truly magical start of the day – with sunrays gently streaming across the peaks of Le Pléney and down into the heart of Morzine. A panoramic view that invites you to linger a little longer, wrapped in comfort while the Alps awaken outside your window.


This welcoming kitchen is perfect for cooking up delicious meals while friends and family gather around, chatting, sipping, and enjoying each other’s company.

Cave with ski locker is located in the basement. The cave is also accessible from outside only one stair down from the entrance.
