The quiet residential area feels relaxed, while the beaches are just minutes away. Parking is available right outside the door, and the communal pool is a great place to relax and cool off.

There are two comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning, a modern kitchen and bathroom, a separate storage room with a washing machine and dryer, and a separate guest toilet.
