Scipioni Metro Grand Apartment – 8 Guests & Wi-Fi

Dear Phillip, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased that you appreciated the apartment’s location and that, overall, your stay was pleasant. That said, we would like to clarify that whenever technical issues are reported, our team does take action to try to resolve them as quickly as possible. We are sorry that, in your case, the internet service and the shower head were not restored during your stay, and we understand that this had a greater impact given that you were working and studying during your trip. We also take note of your comment regarding the use of the appliances. This is a practical point on which we can improve by providing clearer and more immediate instructions inside the apartment. As for the additional fee, any extra charges are intended to follow the booking conditions, but we will certainly take your feedback into account to make this aspect even more transparent. Thank you again for your comments, which help us improve our service.
