.This chalet at Sandown Bay Holiday Park sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms and is a short walk to the dog friendly Yaverland beach.

The living room has a sofa, TV and a folding dining table. The bathroom is a wet room with a toilet and an electric shower. Free WiFi is available throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, with electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, washing machine and all the cookware and tableware needed.

The main bedroom has a double bed. The bunk room has bunk beds for children.

Free parking is available on-site.

Well behaved dogs are welcome in this property. Please let us know if you are bringing a dog and follow the site rules for dogs.

Bedding (pillows, pillowcases, quilts, quilt covers, sheets) are provided and beds will be made prior to your arrival. You will need to bring your own beach and bath towels.

We provide some essentials such as a toilet roll and hand towel in each bathroom, some cleaning products and a tea towel in the kitchen. We also provide some tea, coffee, milk and biscuits in the kitchen ready for your arrival, so you can relax upon arrival.

Please note that this is self-catering, so we do not provide unlimited toilet rolls, daily cleans or other things you may expect in an hotel.

We can book discounted ferry tickets for you with either Wightlink or Red Funnel. If you would like us to book discounted ferry tickets for you, please ask once you have completed your booking.

Max 2 adults and 2 children. Adults should not sleep in children's single beds. This property is for holiday use only. No business bookings. No tradespersons. This property is not suitable for persons with limited mobility.

Most of our properties are dog friendly and many are open all year round. We also have some properties that do not allow dogs.

All properties have bedding included and you'll find some essentials in the property for your arrival.

We can book discounted ferry tickets with either Wightlink or Red Funnel, subject to availability. Early booking is essential during school holidays.

Sandown Bay Holiday Centre is on the clifftops at Yaverland, overlooking Sandown Bay. The dog-friendly sandy beach is only a few minute's walk from our chalet and stretches for over 6 miles from Culver Down, through Yaverland and Sandown, to Shanklin and Luccombe to the south.

The coastal path along the cliff-tops takes you to the top of Culver Down, with magnificent views, and the dog-friendly Culver Haven Inn.

The Isle of Wight Zoo and Dinosaur Isle dinosaur museum are a short walk from our chalet. Sandown town centre and pier are a short drive from our chalet, or a 20 minute walk from our chalet.

The easiest way to see the island is by car. Free parking is available on-site.

If you don't have a car, the No.8 bus stops right outside Sandown Bay Holiday Centre and takes you to Bembridge, St Helens and Ryde, or the other way to Sandown, Shanklin and Newport. The Island Breezer bus can take you to Ventnor, the Needles and Alum Bay and to Yarmouth.

Please note that there are no site facilities like clubhouse, swimming pools or shop at Sandown Bay.

Sandown is a popular holiday resort on the South-East of the island, with miles of sandy beaches, many of which are dog friendly all year round.

Sandown railway station is a few minute's walk from this property. Trains can take you North to Brading and Ryde, or south to Shanklin. Frequent bus services to all parts of the island run from Shanklin bus station.

This is a self-contained property, you can come and go as suits you. You do not need to contact us to check in or out. The key for entry is in a Master Key Safe outside the property, so you can let yourselves in at check in time.

A few days before your holiday, we will send you a message with directions to the property. The key safe code will be sent by text message from IWVacations shortly before check-in time at 4pm. Please note that early check-in is not available.

Although you do not need to meet us, we are normally nearby and available by phone, text message or email, 8am to 8pm. If you have any problems, something is not working, need advice on tourist attractions or anything, please do feel free to contact us.
