NON-SMOKING POLICY
This is a non-smoking property. There is zero tolerance for smoking indoors or on the property. If evidence of smoking is discovered (such as smoke smell, ashes, or cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for cleaning and remediation costs.
GUEST CONDUCT & QUIET ENJOYMENT
We maintain this property as a peaceful residential home. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Parties, large gatherings, or excessive guest numbers
- Loud noise or disruptive behaviour
- Outside guests beyond the registered occupants
Should sufficient evidence of such activity be discovered, we reserve the right to cancel your stay without refund and may involve a security team. Any associated costs will be charged to your security deposit. Local authorities may be contacted if required.
