Apartment 8 is located on the first floor on the south side of the complex, reachable also by lift and has a large and bright living area with exposed beams, and a fully equipped kitchenette.

The accommodation is equipped with a double bedroom and a bathroom.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. The first set of bed linen and towels is provided.

The apartment has no balcony or terrace. In the inner courtyard of the structure there are tables and chairs available to all guests.

The historic building is equipped with the most modern domestic technologies. WI-FI is available in all the apartments and in the entire structure; access to the Borgo and to the individual apartments is possible thanks to a modern SMART LOCKER system, with security code, without keys.

To ensure your tranquility, all the common areas are covered by video surveillance.



The large outdoor garden features an elegant infinity pool with a surface of 170sqm.

The surrounding green area is equipped with comfortable deckchairs and parasols to enjoy the sun. Next to the pool are the changing rooms available to guests.
