Apartment 10, located on the first floor of the complex and accessible even by elevator, features a large entrance hall leading to a spacious and bright living area consisting of a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The residence has three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with twin beds) and three bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and an outdoor loggia.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. The first set of bed linen and towels is provided.

The large outdoor garden features an elegant infinity pool with a surface of 170sqm.
