Dating back to the 14th century, the Villa  is a breathtaking estate nestled in the rolling hills just outside Florence. Once home to a renowned family of painters, this historic residence welcomed celebrated Renaissance artists such as Raphael, Pontormo, and Botticelli.
Today, the villa blends centuries of art and history with refined modern comforts. Set within 30 acres of vineyards, olive groves, forest, and a tranquil private lake, it offers an idyllic retreat for those seeking an authentic Tuscan experience.
The estate features a panoramic swimming pool, beautifully landscaped gardens, scenic walking paths, and La Locanda, its own on-site restaurant serving local, seasonal cuisine. Guests can also indulge in the indoor wellness centre, complete with a Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, massage suite, and mini gym.
The estate is comprised of five separate Villas, one close to the other, accommodating up to 37 guests in 20 elegantly appointed bedrooms. It is an ideal venue for intimate weddings, milestone celebrations, or sophisticated corporate retreats. The estate’s frescoed chapel, offers a magical setting for private ceremonies.
Each Villa reflects the charm of its past while offering modern amenities:


The Main Villa: Features five bedrooms, including a master suite on the top floor with sweeping 360° views of the Florentine countryside. Interiors are adorned with antique furnishings, grand fireplaces, spacious lounges, and a formal dining room.


The Fattoria: Once the farmhouse, it includes three double rooms and a single room, with welcoming living and dining areas – ideal for wine or olive oil tastings.


The Frantoio: Formerly the olive oil mill, this building houses three bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large living space. An adjacent annex provides an additional en-suite room for guests seeking added privacy.


The Bottega: A former gallery for family artworks, now converted into a stylish residence with two en-suite bedrooms and generous common areas.


The Studio: Once a creative workspace, now a charming villa with four bedrooms and expansive living and dining rooms across two floors.
