The Villa covers about 350m2 and is designed as a home to share with friends, family, or colleagues for intensive team building.
For special events : whether it's a private or corporate event, Villa Becco Paglieri is equipped with all the comforts and spaces are at your total disposal.
All this is also possible thanks to the large terraces available (one of 143m2 and the other two respectively of 80m2 and 27m2 for the one on the first floor), the garden, the breathtaking view of the vineyards and the interior spaces, equipped with more rooms in addition to the bedrooms.
An ideal solution for those who want to rent the entire property to enjoy the Villa together with family or friends.




There are four bedrooms on the first floor, with two bathrooms, while on the ground floor there is a very spacious bathroom and a possible other double bedroom in case of additional guests, a large kitchen with a working wood fireplace, a large conference room plus another room available for guests.
Mario has in fact decided to rent the entire property, to experience the Langhe atmosphere like real locals.
Mario and his family will also always be available to show you the best restaurants and wineries to visit, not to mention the classic welcome with a special selection signed by Cantina Metilde.
