The 120 sqm layout is arranged on a single level, creating a highly accessible and seamless flow. The bright living room is equipped with a Smart TV and a PS4 console, connecting directly to a fully equipped kitchen. An indoor dining area comfortably seats up to six guests for shared meals.

All bedrooms feature air conditioning for heating and cooling.
