The complex can be reached via a dirt road that emerges in the middle of the countryside. At its entrance, the complex is divided into six beautiful small villas renovated according to Tuscan aesthetic standards. The swimming pool is the added value of San Giuseppe; with its incomparable 360° view amidst the colors and scents of the Tuscan countryside, it allows for breakfasts and barbecues in complete naturalness.

Casina Rosa: 4 beds

Large living room with double sofa bed, TV, and access to the external loggia; a large kitchen with access to the external loggia, with oven and dishwasher; one bathroom with shower.

Casina Glicine: 5 beds

Living room with mezzanine (with a French double bed), TV; kitchen with oven, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher; access to the external loggia; large bathroom with shower and Roman tub; one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and one bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Casina Gelsomino, the smallest of the villas, will be occupied by the discreet presence of the caretaker/maintenance person.

All apartments, except Gelsomino, are equipped with a washing machine. All apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi connection inside and outside the structure, hairdryer, video surveillance, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, safe, TV, oven. The living room and kitchen of the Glicine apartment can be used as common areas.

Upon arrival, customers must deliver a Security Deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay less the cost of any damage incurred.
Pets € 25.00 per week. Cot € 30.00 per week. Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
