The villa itself is reached from a private lane which leads off the road to Guia and up to the parking area. A few steps will lead you to the front patio and then let the villa holiday commence! White-washed walls are contrasted by dark oak furniture and features, giving off a cool, acclimatized feel. The open plan lounge/dining room is most comfortably furnished and has feature fireplace and large patio windows to the front.  Satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD player are included for your added enjoyment.



A feature archway then leads into the very spacious and well fitted modern kitchen which has breakfast bar with seating for four and comes complete with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Follow along the inner hall which leads to the two air-conditioned bedrooms.  The first is a twin which has a small shower room en-suite, whilst the second is a double with small shower and WC adjacent. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

There is a covered dining terrace to one side of the property whilst the large open terrace affords those fabulous views and is well furnished for sitting and relaxing in the sun.  A brick built barbecue is onsite for your added pleasure and for those meals al-fresco. Steps lead down through a gated entrance to the private swimming pool. Safe for little children and has steps in one corner into a shallow end.  Finally, there is an outside shower for your added convenience. The area

A journey into Guia is well worth a visit.   It is a small and unassuming village with all amenities you require. This is perfect if you would prefer to enjoy Portugal away from the main crowds. Guia is famous for its piri piri chicken, suckling pig tavernas and many other local family restaurants. This village is popular with locals and tourists alike,  it is a hive of activity, particularly in the summer months.  For those of you who enjoy shopping, there is a monthly market and various local fairs in the evening throughout the year.



There is a small central car park, giving access to banks, a chemist, newsagents, supermarkets and a post office.  You will also find cake shops, coffee shops and the "football" club, which is truly international and local. Enjoy a wide menu from an English breakfast to a glass of local wine with octopus salad and watch the world go by! At this vibrant town, you will find so much to see and do on your fantastic Algarve villa holiday!



Just outside Guia you will find the largest shopping centre “Algarve Shopping” and the Retail Park, complete with Nike factory outlets and an English food outlet.  Next to the shopping centre, you will also find Cliff Richard's home, a converted manor house and his winery, famous for his own wine brand "Vida Nova"!
