Fantastic location and lovely property

We have spent a week here and loved it. Close to shops, restaurants and a 15-20 min walk to the beach but feels like you are in a rural location. Pool and outside areas are fantastic. Really recommend this property.

Excellent villa

We could not fault this spotlessly clean, well equipped villa. Lovely quiet location but within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We would love to return again next year!

Peace and quiet

We had a lovely relaxing holiday. The location was perfect for us, so peaceful but with both shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beaches and more shops and restaurants were a short drive away. The property is clean, comfortable and well-equipped and we particularly loved the pool and the outside area.

Very relaxing

Very clean and as described,a bit difficult to find as there is another villa nearby with same name which our transfer company kept going to,could do with a sign at top of Access lane ,but this is minor compared to the overall quality of the villa.would definitely recommend and hope to return next year

Birdsong!

This property is in a stunning location, very peaceful, west facing spotless pool, loungers, barbecue, washing line, rugged immaculate landscaping. It’s perfect inside, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living area with kitchen. We feel however it is let down, slightly, by the already darned sheets that don’t quite fit and some of the towels could have been newer. Maybe some bigger diner plates! That said we are very hopeful of staying there again and would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent stay

The property is in a nice, quiet spot and is well shielded on all sides to provide privacy, though there’s only farmland adjacent anyway. The villa itself is a good size with the option to open shutters and make it bright and airy - we didn’t need use the air con. The bed was comfortable and having two bathrooms was great. Wi-Fi is via a 4G dongle and was more than adequate for emails, FaceTime and even IPTV. The pool is a good size, clean and was warmer than expected. We were very happy with our accommodation and with the responsiveness of the hosts. Thank you.

Little nice house

The house fits best for 2-4 Persons. For families who wants to cook at home, you have to buy anything. Even salt and pepper are not there. But there are two excellent restaurants just 5 minutes walking distance away. We highly recommend both of them. If you prefer traditional portugese dishes, it‘s just 10 minutes walking distance. Walking distance to the beach is 15 minutes. So everything is very close. The house itself is in a good condition. Everything works properly - just some minor things (toilet seat does not fit to the toilet, one bathroom window cannot be closed etc.). To go to the pool area you always have to use the entrance door or the slide door next to it an walk around the house - a little bit annoying. Nevertheless after few days we get used of it and we enjoyed our holiday.

Perfekte Lage um zu entspannen. Keine angrenzende Nachbarn. Geschäft und Restaurants fußläufig in der Nähe erreichbar, genauso wie die vielen Strände (15-20 min). Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden!

Une maison avec tout le confort pour passer de bonnes vacances. La piscine entretenue tous les 2 jours par la propriétaire. Maison située dans un quartier au calme dans la nature à 15 mn à pied d une magnifique plage loin de la foule. Literie confortable.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wunderbare ruhige Lage aber auch gute Erreichbarkeit von Stränden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Autobahn. Technik wie Klimaanlage, WLAN, Spüle und WM haben funktioniert. Pool und Haus wurden innerhalb 10 Tagen gereinigt. Reserven gab es mit einheitlichem Geschirr für 4 Personen...führt aber zu keinen Abstrichen unserer letztendlich sehr guten Bewertung.

Logement conforme à l'annonce, une gentille attention à l'arrivée (une bouteille de vin, des pâtisseries et une corbeille de fruits) une dame très gentille à l'arrivée et un jardinier très discret qui entretient le jardin et la piscine mais super sympa et parle français 👍. On recommande 👍

Perfect villa for a calm vacation

Très belle maison, les extérieurs sont très grands ce qui est parfait pour un séjour en famille. L'endroit est très calme mais à la fois proche de lieux d'intérêts et à proximité immédiate (10 minutes de marche) de nombreuses plages pittoresques. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour.

Superbe villa calme et fonctionnelle

Nous avons été accueillis parfaitement par les propriétaires.. la villa est au calme complet a 1km des plages sublimes .... La propriété est doté d'un jardin grand, magnifique, entretenu et fleuri. La maison est bien équipée. Je recommande fortement pour un séjour en famille ....
