Marco was great to work with- very responsive and flexible working with some requests we had! The flat was lovely. Had everything we needed and was in a really cute neighbourhood. Always felt safe. And close to the tube and a bus stop so travel was seamless! Would totally recommend!

Marco is an incredible host! So responsive and helpful. We had the best time in this sweet flat. We were three (two in the bedroom and one on the couch) and it felt like plenty of space for a short stay. The shower was also a highlight— ran very hot and with good water pressure. We were able to get to central London each day by taking the bus which stops directly outside the apartment to the Hammersmith tube station.

The loft is in a friendly, calm community. It had everything we needed for a four- night stay. Check out the food in the cupboards before making your shopping list, there's a bit of everything already there. Marco, the host, was always prompt in responding and very helpful, including letting us check in a bit early. The loft is an easy 15 minute walk to Fulham Broadway underground station, which connects to anywhere you want to go. There's also a bus stop right outside the door. It's a 30 minute drive from Heathrow (or an hour on the tube)

A very clean (like new) one bedroom flat. The host met us and welcomed us to the apartment. The kitchen is very well stoked and we had access to go cookware and some supplies. Located about 20 minutes from various tube stations, but in front of the apartment are a bus lines, which is very convenient. Living room is comfortable and so is the bed. The only issue is the bedroom walls are thin and noise from above and next door is loud.

I'm Marco — originally from Rome, but I've called London home since I was a kid. I've lived in Fulham for many years and love this part of the city. I'm a hands-on host — responsive, easy to reach, and happy to help with recommendations or anything you need during your stay. I speak English, Italian, and Spanish.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Fulham has everything I love about London without the chaos. It's leafy, walkable, and full of great cafes, restaurants, and riverside walks, but you're still only minutes from central London. It's the kind of area where you feel like a local from day one.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Everything is brand new — you'll be among the first guests to stay here. The apartment has been designed to feel like a proper home, not a rental. It's clean, bright, and thoughtfully put together, with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bus stop right outside the front door.
