We are also pet-friendly! Well-behaved dogs (under 20lbs) are welcome upon approval, with a £50 pet fee and a £100 damage deposit. This studio comfortably fits 2-3 people.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire studio flat, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay. This is a private, self-contained unit. Check-in is from 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Earlier check-ins may be accommodated upon request.

HOUSE RULES
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:

- No Parties or Gatherings – This property is for registered guests only. Unauthorized events are strictly prohibited.

- No Smoking or Vaping Indoors – Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use the designated smoking area if needed.

- Pets Allowed Upon Approval – There will be £50 per pet, and we will require a damage deposit of £100 (less than 20lbs). Note, that only dogs are allowed.

- Respect Quiet Hours – Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

- Respect the Property – Treat the home with care and report any damages or maintenance issues to the host immediately.

- No Illegal Substances – The use of any illegal substances is strictly forbidden on the property.

- Guests & Visitors – Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted unless approved by the host in advance.

- Maintain Cleanliness – Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. Excessive cleaning required after check-out may result in additional fees.
