⭐ Pets Allowed Upon Approval – Dogs are welcome with prior approval. A fee of £50 per pet applies, along with a £100 damage deposit. Pets must be under 20 lbs.

⭐ Respect Quiet Hours – Please keep noise levels low, especially during nighttime hours, to maintain a peaceful environment for all.

⭐ Take Care of the Property – Please treat the home with care and report any damages or maintenance concerns to your host as soon as possible.

⭐ No Illegal Substances – The use or possession of illegal substances on the property is strictly prohibited.

⭐ Registered Guests Only – Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay. Any visitors must receive prior approval from the host.

⭐ Keep the Property Clean – Please leave the home in a clean and tidy condition. Additional cleaning charges may apply for excessive mess or damage.
