Apartment located on the second floor in a building in the historic heart of Cascais, located in a very safe area, surrounded by traditional shops, restaurants and cafes. It is five minutes from the beach and the train station to Lisbon.

The apartment has been renovated with modern equipment and furniture. It has lots of light, double glazed windows and heating and fans.

The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, and a very nice sunroom to enjoy a leisurely afternoon. The bathroom next to the bedroom has a shower cabin.

The living room has a sofa and TV and WI-FI extendable throughout the apartment. It also includes a dining area with a table and a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need to prepare your home-cooked meals.

This apartment is located in a region close to the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, a protected natural area of rare beauty.

It is located in the historic center of Cascais, with its local shops, open-air restaurants, patisseries and bars, as well as the beaches with calm waters of Costa do Estoril, the Marina and Clube Naval de Cascais.

It is also very close, 10 minutes by car, to one of the best beaches in the area, Guincho beach, internationally known for lovers of surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing and now, more recently, paddle surfing.

It is also very close to Quinta da Marinha, one of the best golf courses in the area, surrounded by lush pine trees.

For lovers of equestrian arts, the equestrian center at Quinta da Marinha is also available, as well as a complete gym with tennis and paddle tennis.

Within a radius of 5 km you will find the Estoril Congress Centre, the Estoril Casino and the Estoril Autodrome.

Lisbon is only 40 minutes away by car or by public transport.



NOTE: a security deposit of 200€ in cash will be charged by our team at the check-in. It will be returned on the check-out day (or the day before) after a thourough inspection of the property.

Guests will be contacted by our team until 3 days before the check-in. Arrivals from 20:00 (8pm) to 24:00 (00am), a late check-in fee of EUR 30 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in). Arrivals from 24:00 (00am) to 07:00 (07am), a late check-in fee of EUR 50 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in).

All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.

Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at the check-in.

All the remaining payments must be made in cash.

Transfer Service - We can provide a transfer service for an additional cost.

Amenities - We provide toilet paper and shampoo only for the first day.
