良かった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
It was beautifully advertised and looks very smart. We found chekcing process very smooth, though we arrived quite late.Unfortunately we didnt know there is a lot of construction worl going on around the property.Also the sauna went for renovation on the day we arrived and reception didnt know anuthing about it.The reason we have chosen your property, because of the spa facilities, nothing else.Our younger son wasnt allowed to use the gym, as he was 15, neither he was able to use the sauna. We arrived to Dublin for Dance World cup competition specificaly for him, so half of the facilities couldnt use at all.Cottage was all right, but very dull (especially the kitchen). very depressing.Living room was all right and bedrooms were really good.Couldnt find any hangers or knifes in the property, or table matts, but it was sorted very fast.There was constant problem with Internet, there was several attempts to solve the issue, but couldnt. Though staff will come quite quickly.We had a great time on the day when England played against Argentina.Great pub food and amazing service overthere.So well done on that part.Wishing you all the bext wirth renovation.
