La casa della Tonnara, Marzamemi

The Rais House of the Tonnara has been recently restored with great care, preserving the original architectural charm and features. It is spread over three levels — ground floor, first floor, and second floor — and is located in a very central area of Marzamemi, right in the heart of the village, where on weekends there is often music and a lively atmosphere with many people walking through the streets.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, including a gas stove, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary utensils. A guest bathroom with toilet and sink is located next to the kitchen.

The first floor hosts the first sleeping area with a double bedroom, equipped with a chest of drawers and a small balcony offering a beautiful view of La Balata and the sea of the village. Next to the bedroom, but outside it, there is a second full bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet.

On the second floor, there are two additional double bedrooms and a third full bathroom. One of the two rooms features a spacious and comfortable double sofa bed and a chest of drawers, while the other has a standard double bed and a wardrobe. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and windows overlooking the village of Marzamemi.

The house is also equipped with air conditioning in every room, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, smart TV, and Nespresso coffee machine to ensure maximum comfort in every season.

Outside, just in front of the house, there is a private open courtyard, visually protected, where guests can relax and enjoy the sunset in the open air.

-Welcome Nespresso coffee pods and various other basic supplies

Important note: the house is located in a very central area of Marzamemi, which is often lively and noisy on weekends due to music and crowds.

It is not possible to park your car in the immediate vicinity of the house, as it is located in a restricted traffic zone. However, several guarded parking lots or free on-street parking spaces are available nearby.

Guests are kindly asked to follow the instructions in the brochure regarding proper waste separation and recycling.
