Le Refuge des Bourbons

Le Refuge des Bourbons is a stylish apartment on the 1st floor of a character building (stairs access), in the heart of the historic centre. It has two comfortable bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and one with a double bed (140 cm). The bright living room offers a relaxation area with HD TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, also suitable for remote work.

The high-end, fully equipped dining kitchen lets you cook like at home: oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The modern shower room has a shower and basin, plus a washer-dryer, hairdryer and ironing supplies.

For a hassle-free stay, beds are made on arrival, towels are provided, and final cleaning is included. Heating, portable fans, wooden floors, full cleaning kit, wine glasses. Folding cot available on request. Smoke detectors and fire alarm. No smoking, parties or events allowed. Paid and free public parking nearby.

The residence offers two fully restored apartments with quality features: Le Refuge des Bourbons (1st floor, accessed by stairs) and Le Logis Saint-Ursin (2nd floor, accessed by stairs). Ideal for tourism, business, or family stays, each apartment is designed for comfort, quiet, and independence.

For your comfort, we prepare your arrival carefully: made beds, provided linen and towels, and end-of-stay cleaning included. A modern bathroom with shower and basin, ironing kit, hairdryer, and washer-dryer complete the amenities.

Nearby are paid public car parks, shops, restaurants, and cultural sites within walking distance. You also get a 10% discount in selected partner restaurants (details in the welcome booklet). Note: non-smoking apartments; no parties/events allowed to keep the building peaceful.
