Sleeps 6 (3BR/3BA) with A/C, bright open-plan living, self check-in and parking. Close to Ericeira surf, beaches, cafés and markets — ~5 min to Ericeira, ~35 min to Lisbon Airport.

The villa is spread over two levels with a clean, minimalist layout designed for easy living.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire property, including the pool, terrace and garden. The only exception is the annex, which is currently used as extra storage and is locked for renters.

Self check-in is available for an easy arrival. Parking is available inside and outside.

Sound note
Like many coastal homes, you may notice some ambient road activity at peak times. The villa has double-glazed windows and garden landscaping that help keep interiors calm and comfortable, especially with windows closed.
