Perched on the top floor, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is the heart of the home. Vast floor-to-ceiling glass doors flood the space with natural light and open onto a stunning wraparound terrace. Here, you’ll enjoy uninterrupted views of the ever-changing coastline perfect for alfresco dining, morning coffee, or evening drinks under the stars.

Inside, the space is just as impressive. A wood-burning stove, plush sofas, and an 85-inch smart TV with ceiling speakers create a warm, inviting atmosphere ideal for cosy nights in after windswept beach walks.

On the first floor, the master king-size suite offers a peaceful retreat with a sleek ensuite and walk-in shower. Two additional king-size bedrooms share a stylish family bathroom, and a snug with a 60-inch TV provides a quiet space to unwind. Each bedroom opens onto a private balcony your own sun-soaked sanctuary with views that stretch to the horizon. A utility room adds convenience for longer stays.

Downderry Beach is a popular dog friendly beach all year around. It is a sheltered beach on the south coast of Cornwall, near Looe. It's known for its long, spacious stretch of grey sand and shingle, making it a good spot for swimming, fishing, and exploring the shoreline. It features many rock pools that are exposed at low tide. This beach is a 5 minute walk from the house.

Seaton Beach which is 5 minutes from the house in the car or 15 minute walk is also a dog-friendly beach. It's a spacious, grey sand beach known for its family-friendly atmosphere and various facilities. Dogs are welcome on the beach throughout the year, making it a great spot for dog owners to enjoy a walk and playtime.

Downderry is located on the southern coast of Cornwall, making it a convenient base for exploring the Southwest Coast Path. It's easily accessible, with the path passing directly through the village. From Downderry, walkers can head east towards Rame Head and Kingsand/Cawsand, or west towards Looe, Seaton, and Millendreath. The path offers a mix of challenging cliff paths, woodland sections, and open fields, with views of the coastline and local landmarks. The path near Downderry passes by attractions like the Monkey Sanctuary and offers views of Whitsand Bay and Rame Head. Besides hiking, Downderry offers other attractions like Adrenalin Quarry and Millendreath Beach.

Looe, Polperro and Fowey are great places to visit with lots of shopping, restaurants and beaches. Fowey is close to the famous biomes of the amazing Eden Project and Wheal Martyn museum, which tells the story of Cornwall's China clay.

China Fleet has a huge indoor tropical pool complex with water cannon, fan feature, bubble seat, air geezer and a large indoor flume. There is also a toddler’s area as well as 25m lanes for more competitive swimmers. A swimming timetable can be found on the China Fleet Country Club website.

Gym machines & free weights, an array of CV equipment to help you achieve your goals. Vertical Rope, Battle Rope, Core Bags & Machine Lift Fitness Tables, perfect for functional training. Large free weight area, including a range of dumbbells up to 44kg, barbells, medicine balls, cable machines, kettlebells and more, you have the opportunity to train your body using techniques that you use in normal day to day life.

With a library of on-screen classes designed to appeal to all exercisers, from beginner walks to endurance climbs. Available on all treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, PowerMills, and Arc Trainers. Allowing you to choose exactly when and how you want to work out!

Fun Zone - Indoor play for all. An action-packed indoor soft play area, including a great variety of ball pools, slide, rollers and tunnels. The Fun Zone is situated next to the Brasserie. 7 years and under. Adult supervision required.
