The apartment is situated within Aldeia Lusitana, featuring beautifully landscaped gardens and access to a large shared swimming pool. Its position allows you to enjoy the view down the tenth fairway to the ocean, and right next door you’ll find the Clubhouse, perfect for enjoying a drink while the sun sets over the Atlantic.

Located on the first floor, the apartment is bright and spacious, with tasteful furnishings including pictures and ceramics created by the owner. When you first come in, you’ll find the living and dining room, with a comfortable sofa and chairs surrounding the the TV and fireplace, and a dining table for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle and toaster, and a small table for breakfast.

There are three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace; the other two bedrooms are each set with two single beds, and share a bathroom in the hallway.

Aldeia Lusitana is a cluster of apartments that feels like its own little village, with calçada paths connecting the buildings, surrounded by colorful landscape. The condominium is situated in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, just next to the Club House and the first tee. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 10 minute walk away, or 2 minutes by car.

Arrivals are made in person at our office and a member of our team will accompany you to the property.

Praia D'El Rey is a development with an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a Marriott Hotel, and a wide range of properties available for local accommodation. For golf lovers, it is the perfect location, as there are three more golf courses just a few minutes away: Royal Óbidos, West Cliffs, and Bom Sucesso. For those who prefer surfing beyond the waves at Praia D'El Rey, there are numerous beaches such as Supertubos, Peniche de Cima, and Baleal that are excellent for this activity.

A car is necessary to get to and from the resort.
