Set on a quiet condominium of the Praia d’el Rey Resort, this 4 bedroom villa is very spacious and stylishly decorated. From the house you can also enjoy views to the golf course, Berlengas island and the Atlantic Ocean.

When you first enter the house you will find the dining area, with space for 6 people. Just next to it is the living room, with two comfortable large sofas facing the TV and fireplace. The french doors all around the living and dining room allow the sunlight to come in, and give access to the exterior patio with a barbeque area and outdoor dining and lounge area facing the pool. The pool (9×5) can be heated through extra payment, and there are sunloungers available for the use of the guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing and dryer machine. You’ll also find a brekafast table for 6 next to the window giving access to the exterior lounge area and the pool.

Two of the bedrooms are on ground floor, both with two single beds and en-suite bathrooms and access to the exterior garden area. The master bedroom is on the first floor, set with a double bed, and access to an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower and a private balcony with fantastic views to the ocean and golf course.

Vila do Golfe is a cluster of modern villas situated close to the beach in the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants are a short walk away. The Tennis Club is 5 minutes away by car, and the Club House and first tee are around 3 minutes away by car or 20 minutes on foot.

Our office is located 7 minutes from the resort, in Serra D'El Rei, and we will be available for any situation that may arise.
Arrivals are made in person at our office and a member of our team will accompany you to the property.

Praia D'El Rey is a development with an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a Marriott Hotel, and a wide range of properties available for local accommodation. For golf lovers, it is the perfect location, as there are three more golf courses just a few minutes away: Royal Óbidos, West Cliffs, and Bom Sucesso. For those who prefer surfing beyond the waves at Praia D'El Rey, there are numerous beaches such as Supertubos, Peniche de Cima, and Baleal that are excellent for this activity.

A car is necessary to get to and from the resort.
