The house is located in the small village of Špinel, just 1500 mt from the center of Umag and 2500 mt from the beach. The apartment is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dining table, and chairs. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen satellite TV, while a small guest bathroom includes a sink and toilet. Upstairs, there are two cozy bedrooms: the first with a double bed, wardrobe, and desk, and the second with two single beds pushed together and a satellite TV. The full bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, bidet, and toilet. From the ground-floor living room, you can access a covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a small garden with a barbecue and a private jacuzzi. Two private parking spaces are available in front of the house, along with a free electric car charging station. °No pets allowed
