On the ground floor you’ll find the living room, dining room, kitchen and a convenient WC. Entering the house, you’re welcomed by a traditional hallway and a bright, airy living room with a large bay window. In winter, light the Aga log burner and relax on the sofas while enjoying the Smart TV.

The traditional kitchen features a table with benches for casual dining and is fully equipped for self-catering, including a Rangemaster cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, washer, dryer, dishwasher and KitchenAid.

The dining room is ideal for meals or games with family and friends, offering a wooden dining table, comfortable leather chairs and a second Aga log burner.
The first floor includes two bedrooms, a family bathroom and a separate WC. The bathroom features a stunning copper bath and walk-in shower. One bedroom has a king-size bed, the other a double, both with premium linens, a calm atmosphere and Smart TVs.
On the second floor, the final bedroom offers a luxurious retreat with exposed beams, sloped ceilings and a freestanding copper bathtub. This king-size bedroom also has a separate walk-in shower, WC and sink.
Outside, the front of the property offers seating with views towards the North Sea, while the rear features a small enclosed private courtyard.
