Fabulous, comfortable, pristine property - perfect for our needs. Host was wonderful and extremely responsive. Location is perfect; very walkable to downtown. Definitely on the list for repeat visits.

Great location!

We stayed here for Stagecoach Weekend. It’s very conveniently located right across the street from the Convention Center which had shuttles that picked us up. We just walked everyday.

Outstanding

We enjoyed a great few days in Palm Springs. Steve O is a fantastic host who goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable. The condo is in a quiet location that is walkable into town. We would definitely stay there again.

The place is wonderful. Perfectly situated to walk anywhere. Steve was great with checkins to make sure stay was excellent- and it truly was. We will absolutely return again.

Great Boys Golf Weekend in PS

The property was perfect for 3 guys (or 3 couples) for a long weekend. 5 mins from the airport and 1 mile (walkable) to downtown shops and restaurants. The place was well equipped, private, safe and had a nice courtyard with a hot tub. Steve was a great host. Would definitely rent again if in town.

Incredible Townhouse near Convention Center

I stayed here with three friends to attend a conference at the convention center. The location was very convenient and it was only a short Uber ride to downtown restaurants. The unit itself was gorgeous, well decorated and appointed. The beds were really comfortable and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Steve O. was a great host, very helpful and communicative. We would stay here again if we ever return to Palm Springs.

Relaxing birthday

The property was very clean and modern with spacious rooms. It had a very relaxing courtyard with a barb-b-que and jacuzzi. The kitchen was very well equipped with very nice amenities including basic supplies provided. It was very well located to the downtown Palm Springs area and casino. The complex felt very safe.

Charming with all the necessities & more

Steve’s property was lovely. The property was well appointed & equipped with anything we could have needed. It was obvious that his priority was our well being, addressing our every request. During our stay, it rained several days (very unusual), & this turned out to be a perfect place to ‘hunker down.’

Beautiful townhouse, great location, awesome host

We loved our time at Steve O's townhouse in Palm Springs and 100% will stay at one of his places the next time we're back. - Each of the three bedrooms is spacious and comfortable. - The decor is colorful and fun! - Steve O was excellent with communication from start to finish. Probably one of the best hosts I've ever worked with. - Location couldn't have been better. We could easily walk to the main strip (~15-20 min) or take a short Uber/Lyft ride if being lazy.

Quiet and Convenient

Steve was a great host who helped us get in and out smoothly. The property has two parking spaces and three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. One bedroom is open to the downstairs, so be aware for any light sleepers if everyone in the group is sleeping at different times. It's close to downtown Palm Springs and fully stocked with everything you may need. Highly recommended!

Palm Springs Townhouse

I don't think 5 stars are enough. The house was just as pictured and the kitchen had almost everything you could wish for. And what it didn't have got delivered to us overnight! Steve is by far the friendliest, most efficient and attentive host I have ever had (and I have rented at least 20 times through websites). The location is wonderful too. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Stay

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this VRBO. It was in a wonderful location, clean, great furnishings and everything you could want or need. Adam and Steve were wonderful and responsive. They were kind enough to let us know about a few road closures coming into town due to bad weather. They were also kind enough to let us check in early. The woman that met us at the condo to check us in was very nice and helpful. We have rented several VRBO’s in the past and this is one of our favorites. Thank you Adam and Steve for a wonderful time!

Wonderful Stay, Easy Check-In

We had an amazing experience staying here for Coachella weekend! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly communicative and provided detailed instructions, which made the check-in process a breeze. The home itself was located in a secure gated community, adding an extra layer of comfort to our stay. Inside, the house was well-equipped with everything we needed—especially the kitchen. One of the highlights was the hot tub; it was a great spot to relax and came with easy-to-follow instructions. Having access to a washer and dryer was also extremely convenient. Check-out was just as smooth as check-in. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

Great condo, really well equipped, and convenient location

We spent two weeks here and really enjoyed it. The condo is really nice. Big rooms with a kitchen that was wonderfully supplied with dishes, pots and pans, some spices, paper products, food storage options, etc. Very much appreciated. The bedrooms are large, with nice linens. Again, well equipped with expected amenities. The location was very good for us also. We like to walk, and downtown restaurant options were 10-15 minutes away. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent and very proactive. He could not have been better throughout. Great job.

Best Christmas yet!

We decided to have experiences during the holidays when our son was born, so this trip was the first of our experience trips. My mother and sister in law flew in and my husband, son, and I flew in. Before the stay, Steve "O" was very communicative and helpful. He was detailed and followed up on all our accommodations since we had a baby with us. When we got there, the property matched the photos well. Everyone having their own bathroom was a huge plus, and everything was clean and in good condition. Steve checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and provided several amazing recommendations for food and activities. We will no doubt be back! Thanks Steve "O"!

The place was perfect! We were so impressed with the decor, the fully equipped kitchen and especially the cleanliness. It’s probably the nicest VRBO we have been in. Steve was super accommodating and responsive with everything. We hope to get back soon, maybe try one of his other places too.

My New Go-To for Palm Springs

I typically stay in the Palm Springs area for Coachella weekend, and this place had everything I look for. Steve was a fantastic host that maintained clear communication during my stay. Check-in was a breeze, and I never had any trouble getting in contact with Steve if I had a question. The property itself was spotless and had much more of a modern look compared to the other places I’ve stayed at in the area. If you want a nice and quiet place to stay at during your time in Palm Springs, this is it!

Awesome Father-Son golf trip!

Great location, close to downtown. The property was spacious for a condo/townhome. The courtyard with hot tub was perfect after a round of golf! Steve O was awesome, he made the check-in process easy and offered us great dining suggestions. Also loved the secure gated parking lot. Thanks Steve O!
