Private, comfortable and situated close to downtown area at the south end of Palm Canyon Drive - 15 minute walking distance to the beginning of numerous restaurants, shops and nightlife. There is a sprawling. covered seating area at the rear of the house overlooking the pool, perfect for accommodating group gatherings and outdoor dining. Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds you won't want to get out of. The fourth bedroom is a separated Casita with private entry that is great for guests who prefer more privacy. The Area: There is something for everyone and local tourist attractions are minutes away by car and on foot. Thursdays are my favorite as the city hosts an open air Villagefest downtown, weekly, featuring arts, crafts, food and entertainment. Don't forget to make a trip to see Marilyn (Monroe), a 26-ft statue of the iconic actress located outside the entrance of the Palm Springs Art Museum. Forever Marilyn!
