Out of mass tourism, for a more typical experience (not recommended if you only like resort holidays!).

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire, large studio. Perfect for one person, a couple, and even up to 4 people. King size loft-bed, double sofa-bed, spacious bathroom, large living terrace with table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen. Please, no children in the loft-bed. Terrace on the rooftop, external panoramic elevator, parking and bike storage.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for:

- a refundable cash deposit of 100 Euros for any damage to the apartment.

Your water and electricity consumption are included in the price but remember to avoid any wastage and please try to adopt a conservative usage, thank you.

Of course, we will organize (on request) your transfer from the airport 20 euro per way.

Wifi signal of local provider for internet access at extra fee, buying special cards. Alternatively, internet key and local economic sim card offering good access for both smartphones and laptops, plus cheap national calls and sms.

*** Please note: we are in very arid island, water is a precious commodity (it could cost up to 10 euro per cubic meter)! Please use it sparingly, avoiding waste. A proper consumption was expected to reach around 1-2 cubic meters per week for a couple ***
