Guest access
Guess have access to all areas of the community. Two parking passes are available. If you need a third, let us know in advance as we will need to locate an available spot. 125 for third spot paid to the Community Owners Association. Failure to put parking passes in dashboard can cause large fines.

You will receive the door entrance code a couple of days prior to arrival. If the home is left in good condition prior to your arrival we maybe able to let you arrive early. We ask everyone to leave the home how you found it, it gives everyone a chance to have almost an extra full day extra at the beach!

During the Winter Season the Bodenheimer Center offers 10 daily pass for heated indoor pool classes and gym facilities tennis courts etc. We also offer huge monthly discounted rates in off season.
