A private two-bedroom guest house with sea views and over 110 m² of terraces, set within the peaceful grounds of Abrazzo — a small boutique estate on the Catalan coast just outside Barcelona.

El Rincón is a fully independent 78 m² guest house with its own private entrance, quietly connected to the main house yet completely self-contained. From the moment you arrive it feels like your own place.

The Space

El Rincón is light, spacious and thoughtfully furnished. The open living and dining area forms the heart of the house, with large French doors opening directly onto the terrace — creating a natural flow between inside and outside that defines the relaxed rhythm of life here.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for proper cooking:

• oven
• 4-burner hob
• fridge-freezer
• Nespresso machine
• kettle and toaster
• cookware, crockery and glasses

Two separate bedrooms provide real comfort and privacy:

The bathroom features a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. A washer-dryer is also available.

All rooms have air conditioning and heating.

Exceptional Outdoor Living

What truly sets El Rincón apart is its remarkable private outdoor space — more than 110 m² across two distinct terraces.

The first is a covered terrace of about 50 m² beneath the original carport. Cool and sheltered, it is perfect for long lunches, relaxed afternoons and quiet evenings regardless of the weather.

The second is a 60 m² open slate terrace with sea views. Here you’ll find a lounge area, outdoor dining table and a Weber charcoal BBQ. Open sky, sea views and complete quiet.

The slate terrace runs alongside a natural path that Pergola guests occasionally use to reach their own entrance — typically no more than two people passing quietly. Rather than a disturbance, it reflects the relaxed spirit of Abrazzo: a living place where a friendly nod between guests is often the only interaction, while peace and privacy remain intact.

Abrazzo Estate & Shared Facilities

Abrazzo is a 25,000 m² private estate bordering the Montnegre i el Corredor Natural Park — one of Catalonia’s most beautiful and least visited protected landscapes.

The estate remains intentionally small, with only four accommodations in total, creating an atmosphere closer to a private home than a resort.

Guests of El Rincón have access to the shared estate facilities:

• swimming pool (generally May–October)
• hot tub
• sauna
• Bali bed
• tiki bar
• pétanque court
• vegetable garden

The hot tub and sauna are available for a small additional fee.
