The property is 15 min walk from the luas stop located at the square shopping centre & 5min walk to bus stop, both will have you in Dublin City centre in approx. 50min. Privacy, along with quality & cleanliness We have 60m2 of a one bed studio apartment with a double bed , we have the option of a sofa bed to allow it to sleep 4 people in total Private patio & bbq area We are here for anything you need at all times , my text or phone me We are on 1 acre right on the the foot of the Dublin mountains but still within walking distance from all pubs / bars and shopping centre , the best of both worlds We have a bus stop only 4 min walk & the Luas Tram is only 15 min walk from our house Very family friendly with secure gated gardens & play areas
