After booking is confirmed we will request to fill our check-in forms with some personal details of each guest. This submission is mandatory for reporting to AIMA under Article 45 of the Schengen Agreement and the recent Local Accommodation law in Portugal.
A team member will personally welcome you at the building’s entrance at a time that must be communicated and agreed upon at least 48 hours in advance, in line with our established check-in schedule. If the appointment is not arranged within this timeframe, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.
Since October 2024, a Tourist Tax is charged to all guests aged 13 or older staying in the municipality of Funchal: €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person/stay).
Some basic essencials are provided on arrival, but restocking is the guest’s responsibility.
