Seagull Cottage is a spacious yet cosy, two bed cottage which has been sympathetically refurbished with a new kitchen, downstairs toilet and a generous en-suite off the master bedroom. Seagull Cottage retains many of its original features including exposed brick fireplaces in the living and dining rooms, and cast iron fireplaces in both bedrooms, plus the original Victorian doors have been restored. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed, with the second bedroom having zip and link twin beds. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. French doors have been installed to lead out to the rear garden. For your comfort and safety, the owner has replaced the original steep narrow staircase with a new bespoke, handmade staircase that is now a feature of the cottage. Wi-Fi is provided along with a Smart TV in the living and TVs in both bedrooms, plus a small car parking space at the rear of the property. The beach, local shops and pubs are all under a 5-minute walk.
