Lovely peaceful and clean

We came as a family with a 5 year old and an energetic dog and were not disappointed, a lovely little quiet park, there’s no clubs for kids or in site facilities except a launderette and this suited us just fine as our day trips tired our little one out anyway, was just nice to sit on the veranda overlooking the sea after a long day of beach and seaside trips (very local to some lovely beaches) dogs are allowed on the nearby beach of Corton, Gorleston beach and at Great Yarmouth by the way, the accommodation was lovely, comfy and clean and the neighbours were very friendly and eager to advise of local places to visit. The only slight things I would improve upon are the hoover which didn’t really work, the toaster which only worked on two slots and there was only two wine glasses but these are so minor! I would definitely recommend to friends and family looking for a quiet break but also somewhere close enough to have lots of days out. Well worth the money! Thank you

HI, we left on Saturday morning nice van and site, we enjoyed the time there But we had a situation From the first day I found water on the floor in front of the kitchen sink on the mat thinking I had knocked the dogs water bowl or plashed from the washing up this continued But on Thursday I was going to make dinner using the oven and several pans but found the pans I was wanting to use were not as clean as I would like and some beyond cleaning, so I set about washing them after dinner and washing up I noticed a lot of water on the floor in front of the sink Looking under the sink I found that the waste pipe to the sink drain was not connected Having many years’ experience in in this type of work I repaired the fault and cleaned the water up. This is a classic case of a blocked drain being unblock with a plunger, this is known to sometimes push the joins apart, Or a badly installed connection to the waste, if I had been supported properly underneath the caravan this would have not happened, I recommend this is investigated and rectified as soon as possible Before leaving the caravan, I checked the pipe work in the van and all was good I did report it to the number I was given which was the cleaners number saying I had repaired the fault but should be checked and was told it would be reported to the maintenance and someone would be there the next day, no one came. Please get it checked THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT All in all, the caravan was clean and comfortable and was happy with the accommodation. Just some pans and the oven were needing a deep clean, I would always clean the oven if I had used it but didn’t use it as it due to its cleanliness, one frying pan needs to be disposed of as the none stick coating was flaking off. Some people must think the cleaners are there to do It for them (but we don’t) Regards Andrew

Tired & grubby

This caravan is very dated & was quite grubby. Carpets need a deep clean, stained furniture & the mattress needs replacing. Very disappointing for 300 quid for 2 nights!

Lovely get-away

Booked this van through Vrbo, after trying other websites that could not offer a break beginning mid-week. The booking in process was simple, the van was spectacular and had everything you could need. Despite there being no on-site entertainment, this did not deter us from having fun. I would book with Vrbo again without a doubt.

Great mini break

Great caravan, very homely, a shame tv didn’t work, maintenance guy couldn’t tune in either, luckily managed to get a cheap dvd for movie night in 😁. Very comfortable, could do with a lamp in the main bedroom. Great to have big fridge freezer, great location really enjoyed it thanks

Ok place to stay but the cleanliness of the property upon arrival was very bad.

When we arrived at the property, everything was covered in animal hair and the smell of dog was everywhere throughout the property. We also had an internet problem. We had no internet for 1 and a half day. In addition to that people belongings where left in the wardrobe, pillows that smelled horrible. But looking past that the place was really nice, the neighbours Where very nice and the location is very beautiful. The beach near the property is not safe to swim in because of the debris in the water. Overall rating is an Ok. Unfortunately I don’t think I would go back there.
