The accommodation, located on the 10th floor, is arranged as a bright open space, well organized and carefully designed in every detail. The modern and fully equipped open kitchen overlooks the living area with a dining table and a double sofa bed, which easily converts into a comfortable sleeping area (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we believe it is preferable for you to use the sofa during the day. You will find sheets, pillows, and blankets in the closet/shelf closest to the sofa). Next to the entrance, in a more private corner separated by a charming room divider, there is an additional double bed, perfect for comfortably accommodating two more guests. The French door leads to the private balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, from which you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view over the city of Como and the surrounding hills. The warm tones of the flooring, wooden decorations, and boho-style details give the space a contemporary, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere. Completing the apartment is a bathroom with shower and washing machine, designed to ensure comfort and practicality throughout your stay.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.
The apartment has a private outdoor parking space in the condominium area.

Near the apartment you will find numerous restaurants, shops, and cafés, allowing you to explore the lake and the city comfortably without using a car, moving around on foot or by public transport. Como Borghi station, well connected to Milan and several towns in Lombardy, is about 500 meters from the property. The area is also very well served by supermarkets such as Esselunga, Carrefour, and Gran Mercato, as well as the renowned Vago café/pastry shop and the bakery Il Pane di Sandro. Como’s historic center can be reached in about a 10-minute walk, offering the chance to stroll through cobbled streets, shops, churches, and charming squares. Within 5–10 minutes on foot you can reach Porta Torre, one of the historic entrances to the walled city; Piazza San Fedele, with its Romanesque basilica; Via Vittorio Emanuele, one of the main shopping streets; Piazza Volta, lively and popular for aperitifs and evenings outdoors; and the famous Piazza Duomo, home to the magnificent Como Cathedral and the Broletto. Just a few minutes further on foot you will reach Piazza Cavour, the largest square in the city, from where the boats of Navigazione Lago di Como depart to reach some of the most renowned destinations on the lake, such as Cernobbio, Laglio, Argegno, Menaggio, Bellagio, and Varenna.
How to get there:
By car, from the A9 motorway take the Como Centro exit and continue along Via Cecilio and Via Pasquale Paoli. By setting the GPS, you will reach the apartment in about 10 minutes.
By train, from Como Borghi station walk about 10 minutes to the apartment. From Como S. Giovanni station, instead, take bus N2 Como – S. Rocchetto and get off at the stop “Como - Anzani” (11 stops, about 12 minutes). From there, the property can be reached in about 2 minutes on foot.
