Welcome to Masia Santa Oliva
A spacious historic Catalan masia with a large private patio, a beautiful 10×4 m saline pool and generous outdoor living spaces. The house is surrounded by traditional stone walls, creating a peaceful and completely private setting for families or groups of friends.
The villa comfortably hosts up to 10 guests and combines historic charm with modern comfort. Inside you’ll find a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, cozy living areas, fast Wi-Fi and several spaces for relaxing, working or spending time together.
Just a short walk from the house is the village of Santa Oliva with a bakery, small grocery shop, café and local restaurants. The beaches of the Costa Dorada are only 12 minutes away by car, while the famous Penedès wine region surrounds the property with vineyards and wineries.

Kitchen and Dining
The house features a fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, French press coffee maker, juicer and toaster. Cooking essentials such as pots, pans, utensils and spices are provided, as well as a large fridge and freezer.
Meals can be enjoyed at the indoor dining table for up to 10 guests or outside in the BBQ area for relaxed alfresco dinners.
Living Spaces
The masia offers several comfortable spaces for relaxing and socializing, including a large main saloon with dining table and lounge seating, a cozy living room with fireplace, a library workspace overlooking the pool area and a small exercise area with TV and game console.
Outdoor Living
Outdoor living is at the heart of Masia Santa Oliva.
The property features a large private 10×4 m saline overflow pool, a spacious wooden pool deck with sun loungers, and a covered porch with BBQ and outdoor dining area. The garden patio is surrounded by stone walls for privacy, and a jasmine tree provides shade and fragrance during warm summer evenings.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa including the five bedrooms, four bathrooms, kitchen, private pool, garden, BBQ area and parking.
Restricted areas include the greenhouse and workshop, which are used for storage, and the old house which is closed for safety reasons.
The Area
Santa Oliva is a quiet and authentic Catalan village with several cultural events throughout the year, including Carnival in February or March and Festa Major in late August.
Nearby attractions include the beaches of Costa Dorada about 10 minutes away, Sitges about 22 minutes away with restaurants and beach clubs, Tarragona about 30 minutes away with Roman history and the PortAventura theme park, and Barcelona about one hour away.
Wine lovers will appreciate being in the Baix Penedès wine region close to wineries such as Mas Perdut and Avgvstvs Forvm. Famous cava houses like Freixenet and Codorníu are about 30 minutes away, while the Priorat wine region can be reached in about an hour.

No parties or events are allowed.
Small pets may be accepted on request.
The pool is directly accessible from the house, so please supervise toddlers.
