And yes, after a day of adventure nothing is more appropriate on a chilly night than a dip in the hot tub, so I'm so glad that we were able to offer this even in colder temperatures. Hi John - Thanks for your review! I’m so glad you and your family enjoyed your stay at Coral Escape. I’m sorry for the condition of the pots and pans. I just reviewed the kitchen inventory of the home during our offseason and “deep clean” process, and these items were not in bad shape; however, that can change very quickly. Because of your feedback, I will be taking an inventory this week and will ensure all kitchen items are in good working order, including adding a wine corkscrew – very important on vacation! :) That said, in the future, with any issue, please feel free to notify me immediately. Had you mentioned this during your stay, I would have been more than happy to replace these items for you! I’m sorry that didn’t happen, but I will fix this now. In regards to pantry supplies and perishable items, for sanitary reasons and the safety and security of every guest, we do not allow opened condiments, seasonings, or perishable items to transfer between guests as we cannot guarantee the freshness or safety of those items. It is very unfortunate, but that is a policy that we were forced to put in place based on past experiences that now make this a requirement. Also, thank you for the recommendation to add a towel bar in the Master bath. As we chatted about during your stay, I would love the opportunity to host you again at any of our AMI Locals properties! Thank for taking such great care of this home and for providing me some great feedback. We are always looking to improve, and we will do that here.
