Escapade Zeebries is a spacious and bright holiday apartment in De Panne, within walking distance of the sea, the promenade and the town centre. The open living space with a cosy seating area, dining table and fully equipped kitchen invites you to relax and cook together. With three bedrooms – two with a double bed and one with bunk beds – and a bathroom with both bath and shower, this is the ideal base for families or a group of friends.
The Space:
Upon entering the apartment, you immediately step into the spacious and bright living room. Thanks to the high ceilings and the many windows, the living area feels extra large and open, with plenty of natural light coming through the charming windows. Here you will find a cosy sitting area, a dining table and an open, spacious kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a toaster, kettle, oven and microwave. A dishwasher is also available, making your stay even more comfortable. The sofa in the living room can also be converted into a sofa bed for one person. From the living room you also have access to a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the sun in peace.
Escapade Zeebries features three very spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and a separate seating area, ideal for starting the day quietly with a cup of coffee. The third bedroom has bunk beds.
The family bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub, a shower and a single washbasin. In addition, there are separate toilets both in the hallway and in the entrance hall.
The apartment is also ideally located in De Panne, close to the Esplanade and within walking distance of the promenade, the beach and the town centre with its shops, restaurants and cafés. One private parking space is included with the apartment, so you don’t have to worry about parking during your stay.
Guest Access:

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.
LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are NOT provided in this accommodation.
CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.
CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.
CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.
OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
